Wow I guess this place is accumulating dust.... Hee
I think kids are soooo amzing.
I want their pure innocence

Some of us think that innocence is ignorance.
Like kids, they're innocent and free from the cares of this world
But wanting their innocence does not mean obtaining ignorance to the problems in our lives
Kids are innocent because they don't hide their feelings
Their way of expressing is through crying, screaming, smiling and their contagious laughters
And when they worship, they bare their hearts out to God
They give their genuine worship to God, which God calls it- pleasing to His ears
No wonder God said in Matthew 19:16

"But Jesus said, "Let the little children come to Me, and do not forbid them; for of such is the kingdom of heaven."

It's the children that makes up the kingdom of heaven, God says.
Innocence, not ignorance

As usual, so many thoughts has been on my mind..
Sometimes I just wish there aren't so many!
But well, it grows me, expands my capacity, so.............
WHY NOT? :)

Sidetracking, I went to grandma's house today, saw my grandfather back @ home.
Looking listless, and still unable to recognise me
When I went into the room, I looked into his eyes.. But his never met mine.
Then I went over to him, when I felt his shoulders and he was cold. Ice cold.
My first instinct was to warm him up with my hands.
As I was doing so, I just kept praying in my heart softly over him
Remembering the verse:

1 Timothy 2:3-4

3 For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, 4 who desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth.

My prayer for him.
Looking at him, I can't help but reminisce about the past....
Times when he'll make us laugh, scold us, push my hands away when I crept up from the back to meddle with his white, almost bald head.
But I thank God that I'm not one of those people who "treasure only when it's gone forever"
Before I left the room, I've decided to place my ahgong in my incubation list. :)

"Never despise small beginnings. " - Pst How

And the moment he said this, it instantaneously struck a string in my heart.
Sometimes people always want to start out big, making big bucks, doing big things within less than a year.
And when they don't make it, they give up.
Then I recalled a story about how a young man and a young woman of merely 26, who gave up all their big dreams, big careers, big bucks, just to start a small church.
Back then, the church wasn't a household name.
It was just located at a small corner of Singapore.
Not many knew its location, nor its existence.
But both of them perservered.
Because they knew the importance of a small beginning..
It was the first step to a great ending. :)
They were none other than my Pastors.
Like Jamie said the other day in DC, I really think they are our heroes.
They didn't just give up a few hours of sleep, but they sacrificed their jobs and dreams.

(Thinking of hero, the short sound clip that Aaron composed, titled "Heroic sacrifice", when it was played, Pst How was just standing on the stage.. Then the awesome livefeed just made everything seem so bona fide, as though we're watching how a true hero sacrificed for the congregation that stood before him.. Then when Pst How asked if we can feel it, I promptly replied "Yesss..!!!" Hahaha)

They are truely my role models manzzzz.
I love my Pastors !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :>
